Turn my legs in the direction, God does not exist.

In his fourth journey, Guru Nanak, visited Mecca. He was in the garb of a Muslim faqir---- a book under his arm, a water mug, and a prayer mat. When he reached Mecca, he sat in a mosque and at night while sleeping he put his feet towards the holy mehraab. A man named Rukn-ud-Din pointed out to him that it was a ‘sinful posture’. To this Guru Nanak simply replied, “Please turn my legs in the direction in which God does not exist.” All were astounded by his words of profound wisdom, and paid homage to him.
