✦ A story about Avoid Wrongdoing

Six Advices

Someone approached Hazrat Ibraim Adham and requested for some advices. He said I’ll give you six advices. If you follow them, no harm will ever come to you, even if you do wrong. The first advice is that if you disobey your Lord, then at-least don’t partake his offerings. Because it would be wrong to disobey and accept the offerings. My second advice is that when you decide to do wrong, at-least do not do it in the kingdom of your Lord. Because it is not fair to disobey and do wrong living in his land. The third advice is that the ill deeds should be done at a place, where He can not see it. My fourth advice is that when the messenger of death comes, tell him to wait so that you may repent a while. The fifth advice is that when the messengers of death ask questions, don’t reply them. The sixth advice is that when Dharamraj sends you to hell for your misdeeds, do not go to hell.

The man surprisingly said, Hazrat how is it possible to follow these advices? We are eating what the Lord gives. We have to live in his creation only. He is everywhere and seeing all our deeds. The messengers of death don’t wait for anyone. At that time, we all know that they don’t allow a second more. In the court of Dharamraj no arguments help and the verdict of Dharamraj is final. One has to follow whether one likes it or not.

Then better don’t do any wrong or misdeed, replied Hazrat Ibrahim.
